Orders may be placed through our website at any time. Once an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as changes may not be possible once processing begins.

Processing & Shipping

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or severe weather, processing and delivery times may be longer than expected.

Bulk & Commercial Orders

We proudly serve vacation rental owners, property managers, boutique hotels, and hospitality businesses. If you're ordering for multiple properties or require large quantities, please contact us for volume pricing and custom order assistance.

Product Availability

We make every effort to keep our inventory current. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable replacement, partial shipment, or refund for the unavailable item.

Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.

Opened, used, or damaged personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and products so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Subscription & Recurring Orders

If recurring ordering is offered, subscriptions may be modified or canceled before the next billing date. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled for that shipment.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
